Sterling Ranch is located 22 miles southwest of Pescott, Arizona. It is located in Skull Valley,
a broad, fertile valley in central Arizona. Its location gives our residents a beautiful scenic

Private Rooms
Our residents enjoy a high degree of independence, with each resident enjoying her own
private room. There is a centralized kitchen and dining room adjoining a spacious meeting
room. Surrounding these common areas are the cottages and housing units.
